Medical Disclaimer

Shot is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information Shot displays — including your logs, charts, streaks, reminders, and any summaries it generates — is for your personal reference only. Nothing in Shot should be read as a prescription, a dose recommendation, or a clinical opinion.

Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist. Do not start, change, pause, or stop any medication based on what you see in Shot. If your provider's guidance conflicts with what Shot shows, follow your provider.

Shot cannot detect medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a severe reaction, severe hypoglycemia, chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of pancreatitis, an allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or any other urgent symptom, contact your local emergency services immediately — for example 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom, or 112 in the European Union — or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reminder or notification from Shot.

By using Shot you acknowledge these limitations and accept responsibility for how you use the information it presents.
