Shot

A private, local-first GLP-1 tracker for iPhone.

Shot helps people on GLP-1 medications — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus, and more — keep track of what they're doing, how they're feeling, and what's working. Everything stays on your device. No account. No servers. No analytics.

What Shot does

Built by a solo developer for a friend

Shot exists because a friend of mine started a GLP-1 and couldn't find a simple tracker that respected her privacy. Every feature comes from watching her use it — the way jabs are logged, the site rotation prompts, the weekly protein nudge. If it helps her, hopefully it helps you too.

Privacy by design

Shot doesn't collect anything. No account is required. No servers store your health data. No analytics SDK, no advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers. All logs live in a local SwiftData database on your iPhone. If you use Apple Health, that data lives in Apple's HealthKit sandbox — Shot never transmits it anywhere.

See the Privacy Policy for the long version.

Shot Pro

Shot Pro unlocks:

Three plans: monthly, yearly, or lifetime. All billing goes through Apple. Cancel any time via iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

Requirements

Not medical advice

Shot is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services (for example 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU). See the Medical Disclaimer for the full statement.
