Shot helps people on GLP-1 medications — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus, and more — keep track of what they're doing, how they're feeling, and what's working. Everything stays on your device. No account. No servers. No analytics.

What Shot does

• Log every jab or dose — medication, dose, site, and time, with automatic site rotation prompts.
• See estimated medication levels — a chart of how much medication is active in your body based on your dose history and each drug's half-life.
• Track your weight and protein — with Apple Health read/write so your existing habits keep working.
• Log side effects and notes — pick a symptom, tap a severity, and it's in your log forever.
• Reminders that match your medication — weekly for injection meds, daily for Saxenda / Victoza / Rybelsus, with the right copy for oral tablets ("empty stomach, small sip of water").
• Home Screen widgets — see days until your next dose or your current medication level at a glance.
• Doctor-ready PDF export (Pro) — one page you can bring to your next appointment.

Built by a solo developer for a friend

Shot exists because a friend of mine started a GLP-1 and couldn't find a simple tracker that respected her privacy. Every feature comes from watching her use it — the way jabs are logged, the site rotation prompts, the weekly protein nudge. If it helps her, hopefully it helps you too.

Privacy by design

Shot doesn't collect anything. No account is required. No servers store your health data. No analytics SDK, no advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers. All logs live in a local SwiftData database on your iPhone. If you use Apple Health, that data lives in Apple's HealthKit sandbox — Shot never transmits it anywhere.

Shot Pro unlocks:

Three plans: monthly, yearly, or lifetime. All billing goes through Apple. Cancel any time via iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

Requirements

• iPhone running iOS 17 or later
• A GLP-1 medication prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider
• Willingness to log your own doses — Shot is a tracker, not medical advice
